Welcome

Fit Mumma Events

Strong mums raise strong humans.

Motherhood is relentless. Between the feeding schedules, school runs, work demands and mental load, mums are consistently the last person on their own list. Fit Mumma exists to change that. We create fitness events where mums stop being in the background and step into the arena, backed by a community that cheers just as loudly for a first timer as it does for a champion.

Our Events

Fit Mumma Classic

Australia’s only functional fitness competition just for mums. Teams of two, divisions from beginner to advanced, and an atmosphere like nothing else. Held every May at CrossFit Iron Barbell, Logan. Sold out every year.

Fittest Dad Classic

The dads’ turn is coming back around. A functional fitness competition just for dads – teams of two, every level welcome. Returning in 2027.

Community

and Charity

More than fitness

Every Fit Mumma event wraps around a cause our community cares about. In 2026 our athletes raised $6,500 for Bears of Hope through Lucas’ Light, funding a cuddle cot in memory of a local baby boy and giving grieving families the precious gift of time. We’re also proud to support Baby Give Back, providing essentials to families doing it tough.
