Fit Mumma was founded by Patsy Tierney, former World Sport Aerobics Champion, mum, and Gold Coast Woman of the Year 2024 Wellness Warrior. What began as a community fitness event for 50 local mums has grown into Australia’s only fitness competition exclusively for mothers, featured live on The Today Show and proudly supported by Logan City Council.
