Grandmas, Step, Surrogate & Foster Mums of all ages and abilities, we want you! Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a first time competitor, the Fit Mumma Classic is a fun, feel good event where you get to test yourself against other Mums.
Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced & Masters
And now you get to experience it with a friend – the Fit Mumma Classic is now PAIRS. With 4 divisions from beginner to advanced pairs. And if you don’t have a partner let us know and we will help find you one!

Event Details
Beginners
Movements will be kept simple and weights light, perfect for new Mummas, those returning from injury or anyone who hasn’t competed before.

- Kettlebell swings 12kg
- Body weight movements
- Air squats
- Lunges
- Burpees
- Deadlift – 40kg
- Knee push-ups
- Dumbbell movements – 10kg
- Wall ball – 4kg

Intermediate
This division is aimed at Mums who have a little more experience with fitness. Slightly more challenging movements and weights but no high level gymnastics or weight lifting.

- Front Squat – 30kg
- Snatch – 25kg
- Clean & Jerk – 35kg
- Deadlift – 50kg
- Push ups to one ab mat
- Dumbbell movements – 12kg
- Wall ball – 6kg
- Box Jumps
- Toes to bar***
- Pull ups
- ***Toes to bar can be substituted for knee raises but you will rank below any athletes doing toes to bar in the workout.
Advanced
Time to crown our fittest pair of Mummas. Suited to more advanced athletes ready to challenge themselves with heavier and more skillful movements. This will be a true showcase of just what Mums are capable of.

Master (40+)
Mummas, Grandmas and Great Grandma’s we want you. Similar weights and movements to the intermediate division but some scaling.
***50+ athletes will be some extra scaling such as lighter weights, modified movements and less calories on ergs. If a 40+ & 50+ compete together only the 50+ will have the scaling options without penalty.
