Grandmas, step mums, surrogate mums and foster mums of all ages and abilities — this one’s for you. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, the Fit Mumma Classic is a feel-good event where you’ll compete in teams of two and challenge yourself alongside other amazing mums.
Compete for the fun, the challenge, or simply to be part of something special. The Fit Mumma Classic is also a community fundraiser, with a percentage of every ticket sold donated to a local charity.
With new and expanded divisions, Fit Mumma Classic 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest and most exciting event yet.

2026 Fit Mumma Divisions
Scaled
Beginner Friendly. Movements will be kept simple and weights light, perfect for new Mummas, those returning from injury or anyone who is fairly new to competition.
Movement Guide
- Row / Assault Bike / Treadmill
- Deadlift – 50kg
- Scaled wall walks
- Barbell movements (ground to overhead) – 25kg for reps*
- Dumbbell movements – 10kg
- Wall ball – 4kg
- Box step ups
- Ring rows
- Knee raises
*Ground to overhead – snatch or clean & jerk permitted (athlete’s choice).
Performance
The Performance Division is designed for athletes with solid functional fitness experience, including those who normally compete in Intermediate.
All Performance teams will complete Workout 1, after which the top 8 teams will progress to the Performance Advanced bracket, with remaining teams continuing in an Intermediate bracket for the rest of the day. This ensures fair, enjoyable racing for everyone.
Options are provided where higher-skill movements appear so all Performance athletes can continue competing.

Deadlift – 70kg (Masters – 60kg)
Dumbbell movements – 15kg
Wall ball – 6kg

* Higher skill gymnastics may be included as an option only for higher points – not compulsory
** Ground to overhead – snatch or clean & jerk permitted (athlete’s choice).
Masters 35+
& Scaled Masters 35+
Masters athletes now have the choice of two divisions –
Masters 35+ & Scaled Masters 35+ depending on their experience and confidence.
Masters athletes complete the same workouts and movement standards as the Scaled and Performance divisions but will only compete against other Masters teams within their chosen category.
Athletes must both be 35 years or over on the day of the Fit Mumma competition.
