Fit Mumma Transform events are 6 week online programs all based on the four Fit Mumma Pillars – Change, Nourish, Move, Recover.
All you need to do is commit to a start date and we will show you how small changes in each of these pillars can result in big differences in how you look, feel and live.
Fit Mumma Transform is much more than just another 30 day challenge. Gone are the restrictive meal plans, demanding exercise regimes and the quick fix mentality.
Instead Fit Mumma Transform is an achievable, gradual, knowledge based plan, that gives you lasting results. You will be guided and supported by a team of experts including dieticians, women’s health physiotherapists, personal trainers and mindset coaches. All experts in their fields and all of them dedicated to helping Mums perform at their best.
How It Works
Each Transform Event runs from the start date, for a period of 6 weeks. On sign up you will be sent a copy of the daily journal and a habit tracker*
Each week you will be invited to a Sunday afternoon Zoom session.** This will be your chance to review your week and it will help prepare and motivate you for the next 7 days. It will also be your chance to connect with other members, ask questions and chat with the Transform Experts.
You will also be included in a private Facebook group, just for the other Mums enrolled in your Transform Event.

* Your weekly Habit Tracker will be provided via email ready for you to print and pin on your fridge. You will also have the option to order a customised whiteboard habit tracker for your fridge.
**It is highly recommended that you attend all the Zoom meetings but if you can’t make it, you will have access to a recorded version.

40+ Mummas - Coming Soon
Peri & post menopause can offer many new challenges. Let our team work with you on how to get the most from your exercise sessions, your nutrition and stress management…
Focus will be on the latest research into exercise type and the importance of nutrition and rest. You will receive help scheduling your training, recovery and if you are new to exercise an at home program is included. The importance of pelvic floor exercises will be central as we develop great habits in this area.
The nutrition will be based on whole foods and finding what works best for you. Nothing is off limits instead a long term approach that will see you flourishing in your 40’s and beyond.
New Mummas -Coming Soon
This specialised 6 week Transform is for any Mumma who wants to focus on safely and effectively returning to exercise. Core and pelvic floor work will be at the heart of this challenge with guidance from a Women’s Health Physio and Safe Return to Exercise accredited trainers. Even those Mummas who have already started back exercising will benefit from this course.
Nutrition will be based on keeping energy levels up including options for those Mummas who are breastfeeding. Managing stress and recovery techniques will also be included.
